Revealing the differences between hcg injections and nasal spray

By Jon F Greene

You have decided to change your life by choosing the hCG diet. Now, the question looms before you as to what method is best; hCG injections or nasal spray. The decision to undertake a low calorie diet, seeking a dramatic loss in weight is a serious undertaking. Going with the hCG diet is a life changing decision. Let us help you make the best decision possible.

Comparing the two to find out what is a better choice between hCG injection and hCG nasal spray, think about the proverbial mousetrap. The entire world is always trying to build a better mousetrap. There is nothing wrong with that unless the builders are trying to take a short cut. Then the mousetrap is not any better, it is different, and certainly less than the best.

In the 1950s, famed endocrinologist, Dr. A.T.W. Simeons established the hCG diet while working in a third world country at the time. He observed that malnourished women gave birth to healthy newborns. His scientific observation led him to discover that a hormone called human Chorionic Gonadotropin was the start of this experience.

The same methods determined by Dr. Simeons over 50 years ago, is pretty much the same today. Of course, there have been some minor changes made based upon advances in science, medicine or nutrition. It is immutable that the best form of administration of the hormone is by low dose injections once in the morning. This is advantageous as it allows the hormone to be released directly into the bloodstream. Nasal sprays are not capable of releasing the same amounts into the bloodstream. Thus it serves to understand that if something has worked so well for over 50 years, why would one consider changing to something that is not as effective.

The first thing that one observes when comparing injections to nasal spray is the length of the particular protocols. The Nasal Spray protocol is twice as long as that of the injections. This is because the absorption rate of the nasal spray is markedly lower than that of the injections. The injection protocol is 23 days, whereas the nasal spray protocol is 44 days.

One also has to consider the side effects. There is an additional side effect noticed with the nasal spray that does not seem as apparent with hCG injections. Nasal Sprays seem to report a higher incidence of mild headache, disorientation and increased urination.

All injections are manufactured and handled to pharmaceutical standards. Every batch is tested, and a quality controlled product. The dosage is exact, and is prescribed in a dosage that your doctor deems to be best for you, based on your body type, metabolism, and overall physical condition.

The injections are the original system of administration of the hormone as proposed by Dr. Simeons. His intent, through scientific study was to administer the exact amount necessary to relieve side effects as well as to create a condition in which the body processes are modified to bring about rapid and healthy weight loss. There is no basis to extend that process for an extra length of time as is necessary with nasal spray.

In summary, hCG injection are the safest and healthiest way to obtain rapid and significant weight loss. The process is not a magic bullet. The key to your success is to follow through and stay true to the process. However, once you start shedding significant pounds, you will be inspired to reach your goal.
